The firm is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an Investment Adviser and Portfolio Manager. Through its wholly owned stockbroking subsidiary, De-Lords Securities Limited operates as a licensed Broker/Dealer and is a dealing member of the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).

The company is an active participant in the Nigerian capital market, trading both on the floor of the Exchange and via its remote trading facility. With a team of experienced stockbrokers, De-Lords Securities ensures seamless execution and effective monitoring of transactions across multiple trading points. Our Accounts and Operations departments are supported by advanced software systems that provide accuracy, efficiency, and real-time tracking of every transaction.

Cecilia Olufemi Ajayi has Bachelor degree in Chemistry (Bsc Chemistry) and an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers – (ACS). Her experience in stock dealing speaks volume and she is the Chief Dealer for De-Lords Securities Limited.

Obiobanya Gregory Chiedu (ACA, ACS)

Mr. Gregory Chiedu Obiobanya is the Managing Director and CEO of De-Lords Securities Limited, with extensive experience spanning banking, accounting, and the Nigerian capital market. A Chartered Accountant and Associate of ICAN and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, he is also an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the NGX and a SEC-sponsored individual.

He holds an MBA in Financial Management from Lagos State University and a B.Sc. in Mathematics with Economics from the University of Benin. At De-Lords Securities, he leads with a focus on strategic growth, compliance, and long-term value creation.

Dr. Jessica Okechukwu is a seasoned investment professional with over 33 years of experience in core capital market activities, with strong background in key areas of stockbring, portfolio management and advisory services, business strategies, research and development. In DE-LORDS SECURITIES, limited, she manages Client portfolios, executes Trades, and provides research – driven investment insights. Dr Jessica Okechukwu acquired her early training experiences in United Kingdom. She holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Education, and a Ph. D in Theology. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, The Nigerian Institute of Pension Management, HCIMA, institutional Management Association, and aFellow, of Faith Theological Seminary.

Fatunmbi Oluwatobi  Elizabeth
Accountant & Compliance Officer

Oluwatobi Fatunmbi is an accounting and compliance professional with experience in financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance. At De-Lords Securities Limited, she prepares financial statements, profit and loss reports, reconciliations, payroll, and ensures compliance with stock exchange policies. She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting (Second Class Upper) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and is proficient in modern accounting software including Sage and QuickBooks.

Oluwabukunmi Dada

IT Support
Oluwabukunmi Dada is an experienced IT Support Specialist skilled in hardware, software, and network administration. He ensures smooth operations and system reliability at De-Lords Securities Limited. With a background in IT support and web development, he holds an HND in Computer Science from Yaba College of Technology and an OND from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro.
